Hello,
I have a question about PPI (*sigh*)
My IVA completed in July 2013 and I soon after received my completion certificate - great I thought, no more payments and now I'm free to start over!
... then the PPI reclaiming started albeit with some success. This is still ongoing over 2 years later, but recently I received an interest refund to my surprise!
I have had 2 claims management companies doing all the work on my behalf claiming ppi, when the 1st company had finished I was forced to go through it all again with another company!
When I received my refund of just over £800, the CMC took a big slice of it and so did my IP!!?
Are they allowed to due this as I was not told they would take a cut of my refund, and not only that, to rub salt in the wound I was told I had to pay tax on my cut!!?
Any comments most welcome.
