my iva last payment is 31st march this year,but my annual review with pp is april do i still have to do one as theyv had all my payslips every month and p60 yearly

Hi there, yes you will need to do a final review as you will still be bound by the iva terms until your certificate of completion is issued to you. It's a requirement of the IP under your proposal from the offset that these will be carried out as per the terms, up until that point.

You will do your review as it falls due, as they need to check the final year just gone. However, if they have had all of your payslips, I imagine all they will require from you is a statement declaring that you have had no other income during the year. Of course, that will be down to how your IP wishes to conduct the review.

Yes just to check there are no extras due form say a bonus or overtime.
