Sorry for another PPI question, we have had our cc for over a year and signed a deed of assignment so no issues there, when they claim for PPI are they only claiming on the debts listed within the iva or all debts prior to the iva which had previously settled as normal, if it's the former does that mean we can claim PPI from the latter?

I believe that all PPI claims become an asset of the IVA and therefore are payable for the benefit of the creditors.

Lesley is correct - all PPI claims, regardless of whether the debt was included in the IVA, become assets.

They will claim for any PPI from any source and relating to any debt, prior to or within the IVA.
