Hello Folks,

I received my CC September 2015 and Stated within the CC that PPI and VAT were still on going.

I have received a letter today from SHL asking me to sign a new letter of authority for one of my creditors.

Is there a deadline for PPI and VAT to be claimed for?

If this was in your completion letter then you may well have to sign the letter.

PPI claims will cease to exist in 2018.

Thanks for the info kallis.... I've signed it and posted it off.

Hopefully my PPI will come to a conclusion soon
