Hello. Just a question someone might be able to answer. My husband & I have been in an iva nearly 5 years. All going ok hope it continues to do so. I checked the ova registrar yesterday & my husband's name has been removed?? Mine is still on though.. any ideas why.iva us still running due to end approx next March.

Surprised his name has been removed from the Insolvency Register - might be a mistake. Keep an eye on it to make sure it doesn't reappear.

No not mis- spelt his name.. it was on before when I checked probably last year.. I only looked out of curiosity. Thanks for your replies.
