Will I get hounded by the creditors once the IVA has finished?

Once your iva concludes snd certificate received you are free from your past debts. I can honestly say in the six years since our iva ended we have not heard from one creditor.

Hi Dave,
Your creditors won't be allowed to contact you as you will have discharged your debts to the best of your ability and will owe nothing.

You shouldn't do but there may be the odd one that slips through the net - you will need to remind them about the IVA and send them another copy of your CC if necessary.

I'm post IVA and have never been contacted by any of my creditors, there is life after an IVA honest, a debt free one.
