Hi, my first post!
We paid our IVA off in June this year but it will be on our file till August 2017. We need to move for various reasons and Ideally this will be August 2016. How hard will it be to get a mortgage a year before the IVA comes off our credit file?

It will be almost impossible whilst it remains on your file. Contact one or both of the forum mortgage experts for specific advice. (Please note Ryan's office is closed until 4th January).
