Hi, that is odd that they haven't even bothered to respond to your emails. Why not check the Insolvency register to see if you're on there? https://www.insolvencydirect.bis.gov.uk/eiir/

You should receive a completion certificate to show you've met your side of the agreement and I would keep pestering them for that and for confirmation that your IVA has concluded successfully.

I would certainly be ringing daily to get this confirmed. As Lesley says you need to have it confirmed as ended so you can move forward

Hi

Do keep checking with your IP that you no longer have to make payments and they are in the process of closing your IVA

Who are you with ?

It is quite poor not to reply to or even acknowledge correspondence from a client. You should really complain to your IP and threaten to take this to the Gateway if you do not get a proper answer.

Unusual for them - they seem keen to close as many iva as possible and get them off their books.

Make a formal compliant and then complain to insolvency service.

You need to chase your IP in writing asking them for an update and explanation as to the delay then follow up with a formal complaint if you don't get a satisfactory response. You should not have had to wait this long for an update and should have had a reply to your emails! When your IVA finishes your IP will send you a Completion Certificate and copy of their final report.
