Hi all,

We are now in receipt of our completion certificate, less than a week after the creditors meeting - well done Creditfix.

Anyway, on the letter which accompanied our CC it said we should send copies to the Credit Reference Agencies.

Should we do that now, or await until we get nearer our 6th anniversary?

Many thanks.

That is impressive I hope I get my cc as quick but somehow I doubt it!
I don't know the answer to your question so I'll leave it to someone who does.

I would say no harm sorting it out now to be all sorted for the 6th anniversary.

Congrats on your certificate too!

Thanks Relieved.

Yes Barabara, full credit to Creditfix. Had variation meeting last Friday, was informed on Monday that variation had been accepted, and received Completion Certificate this afternoon in post - happy days.

Been a hard lesson learnt; one which we certainly will not forget or repeat!

Great news - send off for those credit reports as if there are any defaults since the date of IVA acceptance then they have to be removed, six years or not.

The IVA will remain on there for the full six years and don't forget to keep an eye on the Insolvency Register to see when your name drops off there.

Congratulations. Pity all IVA companies aren't as promt as Creditfix to issue CC's. No matter, well done anyway.

Thanks all for your answers.

We will be writing to the 3 CRA and requesting copies of our reports.

A big thank you once again to Creditfix for sorting this so promptly.

It will probably take creditors a while to update their records anyway following receipt of the final report from your Supervisor but best to start the ball rolling I think.
