I had some good news today, a creditors meeting had been scheduled to accept payments to date and close the IVA, it was accepted. I had paid 60 months and never missed a payment the issue was equity. A very big thank you for the good advice and support I've been given and sincere thanks to David Mond.

Congrats! What a fantastic Christmas present! Glad David and the power of the forum sorted things. I would whole heartedly recommend anyone contemplatingan iva contacts the people who post on here. CCommunication is key to success and this forum is a God send!

I wholeheartedly agree relieved33 I'm so glad I found this forum. To be told the IVA is finished is like a weight lifted off my shoulders, good luck to anyone else going through an IVA.

Thank you Lisa, you'll never know how much your support helped me, my Christmas will still be a poor one but a much happier one! No more credit for me lesson well and truly learnt.
