A little bit of advice for all you unlucky people who happen to have your IVA with GT/Aperture.
Be very careful and make sure you keep a record of every single penny paid into your IVA as I have done.
Make sure you keep all correspondence from and to them inclusive of all emails, telephone conversations etc as I have done.
They happen to be the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with !
To cut a long story short I paid 100% back to all creditors making my final payment in June 2014 all done all finished.
It took 18 months YES 18 MONTHS after my final payment for them to issue my final certificate.
Meanwhile I have been chasing PPI and been very successful with a few.
One of the PPI claims got paid to greedy GT/Aperture where the cheque was cashed in January 2015 (7 months after I completed all payments in full) in the name of my IVA supervisor, which GT/Aperture blatantly deny.
I have the cheque number, amount and date the cheque was cashed.
Why would they cash a cheque that did not belong to them ?
I have on numerous occasions emailed GT/Aperture to be fair they did answer a few but have now decided to go down the once again ignorant route and completely ignore my emails.
I cannot go into any further details at present as I have taken legal advice and have been told I have a very strong case against GT/Aperture.
I have now made an appointment with a solicitor as they have blatantly chosen to ignore me.
