my financial company dealing with my iva has made a serious error on my accounts and wants a refund which they should not be asking for. The bank sent them a balance and now they think its a revise claim. I have argued with them about this but refuse to complete my iva because of this. They still think they are right. what should I do?

Hi, I would ask for a complete breakdown in respect of all figures and look over them and if any anomalies, contact them again.

I've done that and questioned them but they still think they're right.also contacted the bank that confirmed correct figures.

I believe that this is an extension of the conversation found at
http://www.iva.co.uk/forum/topic.asp?wh ... C_ID=73002 where the IVA company has already commented.

I need a good solicitor as my iva company has put me back in debt as they got it wrong.
There reply was wrong, have proof and evidence.
Also have reported to government web page. last resort now!

I can recommend specialist solicitors for you but I'm afford they will need paying and that might cost more than the amount you are disputing. Escalate this to a complaints level if you are genuinely sure they are wrong.
