does anyone know how long my IVA and credit card debts will stay on my credit files and from which date,, is it from the defaulted date or the most recent date,,my IVA is showing as in month 71,, some credit card debts are showing default date as September 2009 but date updated is 2015. have had a quick search but times are conflicting,, some say 6 years,, others 7 years and some 10 years,, just want to clarify if possible. thanks

Everything should come off your credit file on month 72.

Agree with Sharon.10 but you may still need to do some work to tidy file up.
