Once your credit files are clear then you can try for a mortgage.

Speak to Shaun or Ryan who both post on here (details under the expert link on the left) as they have been instrumental in getting mortgages for posters from here.

try your current lender as they may well be able to assist where other cant / wont. Halifax have sorted ours at a very competitive 2.84 fixed over 4 yrs and I'm still in my IVA![:)]
