We have 3 payments left on our IVA, we were asked for a valuation of our property last nov. we sent it off. Got told that it was too early & would be asked for another valuation in March. We were never asked again.

Will we have to fill another budget form out like every year.

Do I stop the direct debit once the last payment has been taken.

We have not had any notification off our practionioners about what will happen. Sorry for all the questions but I am scared that we have paid our IVA payments every month without fail, & now it is coming to the end I can't get my head round the fact that there will be no debt.

You should have heard for sure that the IVA is to cease and not extended due to equity. You need to seek clarification from your own IP before the end and hopefully this will be the end of things.

Don't cancel until you have clarification. They may want to do another review at the end of your IVA in case you have earned more money etc. Speak to your IP and if necessary follow up in writing.

I let my D/D run it's course with the dates they gave me. I didn't' want to give them any fight for concern.

I did get a surprise two after my last D/D payment that I was told I made one months overpayment.....
