Hi guys. My partner with her child moved in to my flat and we are living together now. It qualifies as a change of circumstances and my supervisor been informed. She is not earning any money or receiving benefits yet so she can not make any proportionate contribution to the household bills. I pay for everything and her name is on council tax bill only. I am doing new I&E. Just wondering, for what she is responsible in my new I&E and what to consider while filling in new I&E?

You will need to record down your true costs.
They won't be entitled to benefits such as Income Support as a single parent or Jobseekers Allowance now your living as a couple but they should consider tax credits both child and working tax credits using your income to establish entitlement presuming they have a right of entitlement to claim benefit in this country. Are they receiving child benefit already ?

For expenditure add another adult and child allowances.
The issue will be if you go below your original baseline figure in terms of payments.
Given all that life goes on and I hope that everything works out.

Excellent advice above and I would like to say congratulations, an IVA can't put our life on hold and I sincerely hope it all works out for you.

You might just want to check you don't have a 'minimum contribution clause' in your IVA.
