I have aletter from my supervisor is this my completion certificate it says
notice of completion of voluntary arrangement pursuant to rule 5.34 of the insolvency rules 1986
my name
iva
nottingham county court
I Richard Savage the supervisor of the above IVA approved on 5th february 2008 give notice the debtor has complied with the terms of her proposal together with modifications and subsequent variations to the proposal
I now cease to act as supervisor
signed R Savage
13th August 2015
IS THAT IT HAVE WE FINALLY MADE IT

Now what you need to do is roll up your left trouser leg and spin three times clockwise, then roll up the other trouser leg and spin three times counter clockwise. If you do not fall over, you have completed your IVA

Congratulations, that indeed does seem to be a CC. Just to add to Foggys advice, if your property was included in the IVA (for equity release), it would be worth paying the £3 fee to check that the RX1 has been removed from your property record- this might not be visible for a month or so, but its worth doing so rather than having a problem when you come to sell your house!

The RX1 should be removed anyway and I'd check with the IP rather than fork out £3 to check.
