One year after completing my iva I do not have a letter of completion after phone calls and letters.
What do I do

Hi,
This is not uncommon and may have something to do with any PPI claims.
Which company are you with?

If they are not returning calls I would suggest a formal complaint.

They shouldn't be ignoring you, they should give an explanation at least as to why it's not been issued.
Maybe make a formal complaint as Foggy suggests and then you may at least get the answer.
