Hi,
I have made my final payment and payments are up to date.
File gone for final review on 2nd June.
How long do you think Freeman Jones should take to provide certificate?

It's a piece of string question, but, on the whole, FJ do seem to be amongst the faster companies. I would look at around three months, earlier would be a bonus.

Hi DCX1983,
My name is Spencer, I am part of the team at Freeman Jones.
Thank you for your post and congratulations on completing the final payment to your IVA.
We aim to get all Completion Certificates out as soon as possible. In certain cases this can take up to four months, however we always endeavour to release documents in the shortest possible timescale.
We know at this stage you will be eager to receive your Completion Certificate and move on with a debt free future and of course we’ll aim to provide your certificate as soon as we can.
Should you require any further information in the meantime please feel free to contact us.
Congratulations again,

We do it within a couple of weeks. 4 months is a joke.

From experience FJ are one of the faster firms and it does appear that speed is inversely proportional to size. With the big boys last payments seem to come as a complete surprise (just like Christmas!).
The faster firms are pro-active and prepare the ground for the event whereas firms such as GT, who compartmentalise every aspect of the arrangement, which is dealt with by "specialist" teams, use the 6 months guideline as a starting point, rather than the back stop !

And with 2 examples at the moment of 24 months and 36 months either for completion or just to say they can stop paying:(
