Hi,we made our first payment by cheque to PJG prior to the IVA being accepted, does that class as the first payment or do we still make 60 payments on top of this? I wondered has anyone completed there IVA that was started with PJG and transferred to creditfix and if so did the payment prior to the start count towards the 60 payments?

Hi
I did the same which was classed as a first payment .. they clearly stated to me that it wouldn't be banked if the the IVA was declined. Creditfix haven't queried it.
Edit:- I've always kept all emails/letters just to be on the safe side!

PGJ always regarded that as the first payment and it was for no other purpose.
