Hello all, its been a while since I posted and already I am coming close to my 3rd year in IVA wooohooooo.

I like many others transferred over to creditfix from Melanie.

Here is my query, my annual review was due in November last year and I still haven't received correspondence yet in relation to the AR. I did email them earlier in the year and they replied that they were aware and that due to the delays they were slowly catching up.

anyone else have a delay of 7 months on their annual review???

Lets just say that a lot of us have experienced delays so far.

You might just hold the record, but you are certainly not alone.

Hello Foggy and lifenoteasy, yeah I made sure I kept the reply email, seems like a crazy long time.

Wonder how this effects the 2-3month period stated in contract in relation to the annual review.
