We completed our IVA in August 2011 have the completion certificate, all debts have been removed from our credit file. Today we received a thick wad of forms to sign from Grant Thornton to claim our PPI. This was never ever mentioned during the IVA or since. I am not letting them have any PPI I may have paid, it will either go unclaimed or I am having it. Why would a company want to pay my PPI back to a company to probably not even get any of it back to further clear a debt they have written off.

There are a few posts from GT from completed IVAers who are now being asked to sign ppi claim papers.
Not sure how this will all pan out but I feel it may take a while to sort. I wonder where it will end.

If you have your completion certificate, and not agreed to pay PPI, then just bin the letters.
