Hi. Will an iva effect my chances of getting a job with lidl, also i am currently self employed and if successful in gaining employment would this have any effect on my iva.

I doubt Lidl would be overly concerned. The effect on the IVA would be down to your Income and Expenses altering, which might affect your payment.
