This apart the CRA's need to be better regulated as they seek more revenue streams with our data !

Foggy - one of the few times where I would go further than you suggest.
The whole issue of information, how it is used, accessed etc. needs to be redressed and I would make it a legal obligation on the government to actually do the credit report side.

Well ... the natural mirror to the Government Insolvency Service would be a Government Solvency Service.

Very useful post, I am now on the 3.99 pounds Experian credit service when I called and wanted to cancel.Just get the alerts of changes in the c file and some identity fraud protection.

That's you can get through the checks with Noddle - for some reason I cant.
