My IP reduced my payments for the last 10 months of my iva will I have to make the amount up at the end

What was the agreement when the payments were reduced ?
Many proposals allow for the IP to have the discretion to reduce payments by up to 15% and these do not usually have to be made up at the end (though some IP's do try to recoup the reduction).

Yes there is a clause regarding a 15% reduction

I had a health issue I had just sent my annual review in. when everything was returned beesleys told me they could make a ruduction owning to the extra cost I was incurring
