Hi All
My last payment is almost here, and being they way I am I like to know in advance any details.
So to all that have paid up (not F&F) what happened when your last payment was made, did who have any sort of final review?
Many thanks

They usually ask for payslips etc and do a mini review to make sure no overtime etc was due in that final 12 months. Then the whole file will be checked for closure.

Hi - Also check the terms of your IVA if you own a property as sometimes the equity is dealt with at the end of the IVA. Once everything has been sorted your IP should send you a completion certificate cofirming that your IVA has been concluded.

Just what Foggy has mentioned - other than that it is up to them to agree the creditor claims (if not already done), pay any o/s dividend due, call the final meeting and send you the completion certificate. Judging by the comments on this forum, some IP firms are quicker than others to do this so you may have to keep the pressure on...
