After month 54 and unable to remortgage my extra 12 months payments would be less than £3000 which after fees my creditors would get less than 5 pence in the pound compared to 25 pence in the pound.
Are these figures normal for 12 month extension.

The 12 month extension is simply 12 extra payments of your usual monthly amount. The fees taken from this will also be at the agreed level, as with all the other payments.

The proposed equity release would have been used to illustrate the dividend and now this cannot be done the dividend will drop. This is not uncommon and not a problem unless the dividend was guaranteed.
