I finished my iva over a year ago and all defaults fell off my credit report at the end of last year. I've started to rebuild my file and my score has gone up quite dramatically. My partner and I are keen to buy our own house, we're both in our 40's and neither of us have property at the moment. What are our chances of getting a mortgage with my history? His credit file is annoyingly clean. Thanks

Hi,
If your credit files are all cleaned up and you have at least a 5% deposit this is possible.
Please get in contact so we can discuss this in more detail
