Hi all,

To those who have submitted paperwork for a full and final to Creditfx, did you do this via email or post hard copies via special delivery ?

Hi I am in the process of a F&F with creditfix, my creditors meeting is in March. I submitted all the info via email. The process seemed to go smoothly, good luck with yours

Thank you for all your replies :)

Good luck with your meeting in March Clairesmiler!

We shall probably submit ours via email tomorrow to the contact that we have been speaking to regarding our F&F, and get this done tomorrow afternoon.

Can I ask has it been a fairly quick process? We are just entering into a proposal for a full and final, our house is being valued on Saturday then our relative will discuss with us what he is prepared to offer based on the fact that we only have 10 months left of our IVA anyway. Good luck with your meeting.

Hi

The process for me had been quick so far. I rang them and said I wanted to offer a F&F I sent an email including the offer, scanned evidence that my friend had the funds to provide the offer and a copy of their passport and a copy of my mortgage statement dated within the last 6 months. I was then promptly given a date of March hope this helps, good luck

Hi All,

We submitted our documents last night and its started to be actioned today. Only hold up so far was a mortgage statement as we were not asked to get this- and now they want to know if we will sign their new terms in ahead of the MVM next month.

Did anyone doing a F&F sign these and those who submitted a F&F, did this speed things up ?

Hi I didn't sign the new terms and the F&F was still quick, I was concerned by not signing it would delay the process but it hasn't

Thanks Clairesmiler.

That's a concern both ourselves and our third party has aswell.

I will email that we will not be signing them.

I did exactly the same. No Ts and Cs change and got variation date within 1 hour of emailing paperwork across. Very quick.

Would be interesting to know if we all have the same date in march!
