Anyone else having problems getting Clifford Watts to call back? I have asked three times, husband once, but no joy. The receptionist says Melanie will call back but it doesn't happen.

I have emailed Melanie three times, and had no reply. CF did comeback and said Melanie Giles will be continuing to pursue any PPI.

It would be nice for Melanie to reply, even if its just to corroborate what CF are telling me!!

Melanie has replied. What a lovely lady, and I have to thank her for all that she has done to sort the PPI for me.

I know Mel had been on Annual leave until the 9th Feb as she emailed us a week or so ago

Try Melanie again Rock as she was on leave. Also check the email address you have as it may be incorrect. Melanie is a stickler for correspondence and answers as soon as she can.

I miss Mel.

It's been a while since I posted on the forum, but look in on a regular basis.

I have just spoken with Mel as we were having our PPI investigated by Micky at Clifford Watts.

Mel was very very helpful, and confirmed that she will be see the investigations through to the end - good stuff.

Hopefully Mel will one day come along and assist with our queries.
Crdeditfix did say Mel would be chasing the investigation through, and to be fair Creditfix did comeback to me pretty sharpish to confirm this.
Mel has been away last week so Rock and Grims try her again by phone.

I think it would be very difficult for Mel to come back after all that's happened because I think she cared about her clients and I doubt she's happy with what's happened and how we feel.

Still wish she'd come back though. Her wealth of experience and knowledge were a great asset to this forum.
