Hi
I was just wondering if any one else who is with CF was due a review in Nov, if so have you heard anything?
I have been chasing since end of Oct and all I keep getting is will pass this on to the relevant dept, we have a backlog and are working through these as quickly as possible.
I haven't sent anything off, as hubby gets paid weekly and I can't scan/copy 52 wages slips, I use to send them all to Mel's office and would get them back within a few weeks once they had copied them, I really don't trust sending them to CF.
I'm just concerned it's nearly 3 months since the review should have been done, I have been chasing so surely that's down to CF.
It's due to finish next year and I don't want anything going wrong, it's not my IVA it's hubbys but it still a concern and doesn't help that I suffer from depression and worry about it
Sorry to ramble just feeling quite low at the moment can't wait for this to finish x x

If it were me I would try to find somewhere that will photocopy your payslips and send them in recorded delivery along with anything else you would normally send. I would put it for the attention of your IP and track its delivery and receipt on-line. I would attach a letter stating that you have made several attempts to resolve over the phone but to no avail and to ensure you remain compliant to your iva terms and conditions you are submitting the information for their review.

Morning, my review is march and I was told by CF to fill out the I&E that I will receive and once filled out scan it into a computer with 6 months payslips and bank statements and email the whole lot of to them... It will be easier for me this way and I will have proof its been sent.

Scanning is easier and enables it to be tracked at zero cost - unfortunately not everyone has that as an option so my suggestion was an alternative one that could be followed.

Ours was due in December, we have not heard a thing. Im going to have to chase it up this week.

I'm not happy having to run around after them badgering CF to do my review, i never had to do this with PJG and don't see why i need to do it now, but by the looks of things this is the way its going to be for the remainder of our IVA.

Thanks everyone, I have the I&E from last year from PJG and also a quarterly spreadsheet that I fill in with his salary that they also put together for him so I'm going to send them that along with his bank statements which I can download. I don't have an I&E from CF. I will send to Jaimie at least that way we have proof that we sent docs off, and will sort out payslips
Thanks

I wonder if anyone who has completed or sent their stuff of for review can confirm if we can use PJG's I&E sheet? Or are they going to send it back and request we fill in the one that they use? I suspect its going to be the latter!

They have their own I&E form send customer services an email and they will forward you one so you can fill in an email back it is a little bit different to the PJG I&E form

Yes, mine was due in Octber. I was also assured when the transfer happened that it had been passed on to the relevant dept and it was being looked at. I had sent my i&e, proof of any increases, payslips etc to pjg just before the transfer. I have now recently been told that CF dont have any of that information and PJG should have completed the review. I was also told it wasn't anything to worry about though, and they sent me their I&E form, which others have said is a little bit different to PJGs. I sent this back last week. I haven't been asked for any payslips yet though. Will wait and see if I hear anything back! I'm nearly at month 54, and after that I believe you are passed to the "closures" dept.

If you have a smartphone there is an excellent ap called Tiny scan I use it all the time even for work purposes.

I was under the impresion that the review had to be completed within a stipulated time? unsure what the time is though. Keep your evidence you've been pestering them and I'm sure you'll be ok.

I think our paperwork says within two months of the anniversary date or something like that, will have to dig mine out and have a look.

I have emailed CF today to chase up mine and hubbys reviews as they were due late last year.

I have emailed them again and attached the docs that I would have sent to pjg I have also attached some of the wage slips as since nov these are electronic wait and see what they say, I have done our part. CF are just blaming pjg for them not being done, as well will wait and see hope it's not too long x

The annual reviews must be carried out within two months of the anniversary. If not it would be something the regulators would look at especially if was a recurring problem. However they may be a bit lenient with CF to begin with while they bed down the PJG files.
