Hi All.
Please could someone help us out. After 18 month my wife and I failed our IVA as we struggled to keep up with payments. Now our financial situation has improved slightly we believe we could make an Iva work now. Could someone please advise if a second iva is likely to be accepted? Also, can anyone recommend a reputable company who could help us?
Many thanks!

Hi. Thanks for the reply. Yes, we have started receiving demands from creditors. Worrying times!

There is little that creditors can do in a short period of time so make sure the decision you make this time is the correct one for yourselves. Any insolvency firm can discuss all the available options with you.

Second IVA's can be successfully proposed, but as a rule of thumb your creditors will probably want a detailed breakdown of what went wrong first time round, and what has changed in comparison.

Good on you for wanting to try again though.

Regards.
