Has anyone had a Red Letter Day courtesy of Creditfix yet? Ours has not come and it's getting awfully close to the beginning of Feb when I expect the SO will bounce...

Not got mine yet... I was worried as the mega-urgency of the red, bold, underlined text email made me think it would come quickly.

Not got mine either...just about to set up a new SO with Creditfix's new bank details - just to save any hassle further down the line.

Hi, I spoke to Greg, the creditfix advisor on this forum and he said that the PJG accounts are still live and the payments being returned are nothing to do with creditfix. My payment goes out on the 1st February and Greg said to pay it as normal and then to change my standing order online to creditfixs new bank account details ready for the following months payment (1st March) so I guess when the new Red envelope arrives I shall file it with my new T&C's

Well our red envelope is here.
With our reference: IVA***** in full view in the address window. Have these people got no sensitivity? Mel kept it discreet and professional. These lot make me feel like i should have IVA tattooed on my forehead.

OMG I live in the countryside and the postman knows EVERYONE around here. This is terrible. I feel really worried now.

Hopefully not many people will know what an IVA is as to be honest before I entered on I didn't.
What a contrast in companies as I know I was with Melanie myself and never ever felt short changed in any way.

im probably making a big thing but the IVA**** was visible on ours but i guess the postman dont take much notice so maybe just my paranoia. But after having Mel being professional snd mail always discreet/normal looking to this is annoying.

I'm totally with you abbiesmum, I'd be fuming myself I know I would. These little things to them are huge things to us.

Well my parents regularly look after my children for me at my house whilst I work. They do not know about the IVA, if the post was to arrive whilst they are here, it could cause me alot of upset to say the very least. This is very unprofessional and a huge breach of confidentiality, not to mention data protection if the iva number itself is visible.
