I was a PJG over to CreditFix in the last few payments of my IVA and recieved my CC yesterday. Alls i can say is if you are just in the start of your IVA you can do it and get through the fog. To be honest i have been awful with money, accruing a huge unsecured debt and frankly embarrassed about the whole mess, but i went down the IVR route and now I am out of it. Thanks forum!

Did you have to do a PPi claim? I'm one that didn't get moved over by PJG and had hoped it would mean swift closure but I'm still stuck waiting since paying it off in october

Hi Dougie no. I didnt do any PPI. Everything was closed pretty quick if i am honest. Now to rebuild the credit reports through the agencies!
