CF have just called me back [:0] regarding the new standing order account. Just wanted to share this information normally we both make uplift payments each month with PJG we had our standing order for the monthly payment and then any uplift payment I did a funds transfer each month and emailed them to advise I had done it. CF advised only use this account for the monthly contribution and call them up in month and pay any uplift over the phone by card.. so that they don't muddle the money up!!! their words exactly.. fills me with confidence.

So apart from they want to try and get me to set up a DD instead of a standing order (which I have no intention of doing!), putting IVA in the title of my standing order for the whole Bank to see (as far as I know my Bank does not know of my IVA but who knows ??) I now have to ring them up and do any uplift over the phone!!
So what time are they open to in the evenings, as I am at work till at least 6pm and sitting in a queue on the phone at lunch time to pay over something that was a few key strokes before leaves me thunderstruck!
Breweries and p##s ups come to mind!!!

I am actually fuming at the moment a supervisor has just called me to discuss an ongoing issue I have they have confirmed they do not have my fist review no I&E details for me or my first report..... she said don't worry we will start from scratch I don't b****** think so!!!!! and of course PJG are to blame according to them, I now have absolutely 0 Confidence in anything they say... so angry at the moment

I cannot see how PJG are to blame. They have had a paperless office for years and their files would be easy to transfer across. I am no expert on I.T. but I would have thought that if you were buying a book you would make sure that you understood the system you were buying and ensured that your own system was compatible. You would then not have problems retrieving information from previous reviews etc.

Have not been on here for a long time, but we also got transferred to CF from PJG, I spoke to CF today regarding the email and advised them as we only have 2 payments left to make I will cancel my current SO then call them direct to make Jan and Feb payment over the phone, cant see the point of setting up another SO for 2 payments and certainly not a DD, don't know why we got transferred with just 2 payments left ?

I totally agree Michael I am still feeling raw about the transfer however I have absolutely no doubt Melanie would have transferred every detail over to them, they are a complete joke in my opinion I have tried to remain positive and hopeful about the transfer but I am so worried now it will ultimately fail at some point not through any fault of ours.

This is akin to the scenario when a new Government comes into power --- all the ills and problems are, of course, due to the ineptitude of the previous office holders.

I am afraid 'twas ever thus. However, since the changeover CF have hardly covered themselves in glory !!

I'm not ringing up every time I have a surplus to pay in.

"Nothing will change..."

"CreditFix share the same ethos and approach as PJG.."

Hollow words. Very ****ing hollow words.

I'm *swear word removed* about the whole debacle.

I certainly wouldn't be making any payments over the phone,

Disclosing account and card details over the phone is a no, no as far as I'm concerned.

I appreciate everyone's concern and anger but do ask that we refrain from swearing on the forum.
