I'm going to be making at full and final offer soon but I am in a dilemma.

At present the Iva would receive 9783.75 if I continued paying until the end. Would 9k be a good amount to offer? Or should I pay the December payment then make the 9k offer as the amount to go into the Iva would then go down to around 9300.

I don't want to waste time by making an unrealistic offer but equally I just want to crack on with it.

It will take a couple of months for an offer to get through the system, by which time the £9k will give the creditors what they signed up for in any case.

Hi, £9k seems very reasonable to me as the creditors will be getting their money in advance in one lump sum. The process can take several weeks and is there any equity to release as that would have to be taken into account?

No equity involved, CF advised that once offer is made to hold off paying my regular payments until I had an answer. If it went against me then I would pay the missing months

I would get that advice in writing as three months missed payments could fail the IVA. Better to have a formal break agreed.

Personally continue to make payments whilst the f&f offer is put to creditors. You don't want to be in a position of possible failure.

£9k is a good offer to make in my opinion.

Why not make the payments and reduce the offer by said amount each month, again putting this in writing of course and getting full agreement.
