I have just found out that MY IVA completed on 26th August although I have not received anything in the post GT have e-mailed me the paperwork. I have looked on Noddle credit file and it still shows my IVA is still active and to correct this I have to produce the court papers. So do the court automatically send me their papers or do I have to apply for them?
