Help, my husband and i made a full and final offer through freeman jones on aug4th have been waiting 5 weeks for a response. I get a phone call this afternoon from Oliver telling me we are 3months in arrears and in breach of our agreement, we have apparently haven't made contact since June! When i informed him of offer he put me on hold whilst transferring me to Deborah who apologized profusely and informed that our offer hasn't even been looked at and things could take 3-4 months this is crazy can we make an offer to our creditors personally ir invole another company to take over? Hi and welcome, if you're in an IVA it is just about impossible to change companies so best to work with FJ, however I do agree that at 5-6 months in total seems a little extreme to construct a f&f offer to conclude the IVA.
Does FJ have a representative on the forum who could help?
