we paid f&f to GT in October 2013. no certificate as yet. we really want to move and downsize for the future to ensure we dont get in this again. will any mortgage people touch us. we know we have been paying 492 pounds per month for interest only, surely we could almost get a repayment mortgage for this!!! unfortunately we are with NRAM at the moment.

I doubt you will be able to get anyone to offer you a mortgage whilst you are still in a live IVA. Is there any reason for the delay in closing your case, as it does seem to be dragging on for a very long time without closure?
