Hi need some help - Im in the last year of my IVA and been told to get 2 letters of rejection for my remortgage. I have called my own mortgage company and they will do this for me but any suggestions on who else to call? Any companies who are happy to do this?

Try your existing bank ? or a mortgage broker ?

Hi, Su.

I got one from my mortgage provider and the other from my bank, (the Co-Op). When I rang the bank I explained straight away what I needed and they were happy to do a letter.
