Hi guys,

I don't know if you remember any of my previous posts, but last time i was on this forum i was basically at breaking point.

My husband has now been awarded highest level of esa and has been awarded basic daily living and mobility.

He has been awarded just over £2000 in back payments which will be paid to him on thursday.

Im unsure of how to write the email to my case manager to offer £200 for a full and final payment.
I think i will owe them roughly 7000 by the end of my iva, however i have become ill aswell, im suffering from depression and getting severe migraines through the worry.
Im just unsure of how to put this in an email, last time i told someone on the phone how i was feeling they were totally horrid and was not interested, just told me that my account needed bringing up to date.

Any advice would be much appreciated as always :)

Sorry Lisa - this post appears to have gone unattended, and I don't frequent the forum as much as I used to I am afraid.

You simply need to offer the money, accompanied by a current statement of your income and expenditure showing the reduction in your disposable income.
