Hello I have one last payment left in august 2014 with GT , I had my house / mortgage tied with the iva , but does this automatically get removed once my iva finnishes ? do i need to cancel direct debits after last payment ? or do i have to call my mortgage provider ? thanks

Once the IVA is completed GT will remove the property restriction. If you pay by direct debit these payments should not be called by your IP if the IVA is completed. Speak to them first to confirm all dates are correct and their is nothing left to pay.

Hi
As Michael states it is best to check with GT that your IVA is completed before cancelling any direct debit. They will remove the restriction once your IVA is concluded

ok thanks i had got confirmation that
the last payment due is in August 2014 , but is the restriction removed only once a completion certificate is issued ?thanks

I suspect it is all linked as until they complete the full closure process you are still liable
