Hi all. I am in the final countdown to my last payment, 6 years in. I have not been asked for financial paperwork this year. I presume they send out a certification of completion? Do I need to do anything with this like send to my creditors or is that done by iva company? X

Its mostly all done by your iva company. Well done on making it to the finish line. You deserve a medal for what is never as easy a solution as it sounds.

Well done on almost being there, it's not easy is it? But you've done it so a huge congratulations, you might want to check your credit files after your certificate is received.

again well done.

Hi, Many congratulations, its a nice moment. Your IVA Co will sort all the paperwork and they shouldn't ask you for anything else at this stage, after that its just a case of checking that all creditor claims are in and they can then start to close it all down. Ours took around 6 months from final payment to issue of cert but it can vary depending on the backlog. Enjoy your debt free future & well done!

Well done ... Great achievement and you should be proud of what you have done to clear your debts .....
Your IP may want to check that all uplifts have been made for overtime etc in final year ....i would ensure you respond to any requests swiftly in the coming weeks so that your completion certificate can be issued ....well done once again!

Your IP is bound to need some paperwork in order to conclude the IVA - in particular confirmation of any uplift amounts you may have received over the last year. I would contact them now to check that all is in order, and to avoid any unnecessary delay when you think that the end is in sight.
