GT closure delay after full and final payment.
I settled my IVA early after my F&F was accepted, the payment was made June 2013 and I'm still no closer to getting my completion certificate, can any one help?

What is the reason which is causing the delay in closure, sooty? Is this to do with outstanding PPI mis-selling claims?
