With that amount of equity I'd think creditors would expect to be repaid in full. When you started the iva was the intention always to sell the house to repay the debt?

Have you sold your house? . There should be a restriction registered with Land Registry that prevents you selling without permission from I.P . I take it you have discussed this with your I.P?.
Your creditors will expect full dividend.

As per your previous posts Denise do you have the figure now from DFD that you were getting from them as I would definitely go with their figures as it will be case specific.

I would also think that your iva company will add on fees on top of the £48k you owe, I am surprised it has got this far without your IP's knowledge to be honest, I would have thought you wouldn't have been able to sell without them releasing their charge on the property and from there coming to an agreement with you on what would be owed?

Previous posts do indicate that maybe they have been in contact with their IP Lem.
