Hy trying to remortgage any advice not in iva had it approved but there are houses on street up for sale less than what zoopla says ours is worth , is it worth the risk of £250 valuation ?

Zoopla is only a guesstimate and rolls all house types into the equation, then assesses by town, possibly only by county ... and we all know values can vary from the "right" end of a street to the other end !!
