what happens if I default payment n my IVA? I am struggling to survive on it and can no longer cope. I've been on it almost one year

Hi Donna, I would suggest contacting the IP who is dealing with your IVA. There are several things they can do generally when people have a change in circumstances and the best thing is to contact them as early as possible.

Hi Donna, as Drew says, have a chat with your IP. If your allowances are set incorrectly they might be able to tweak a little.
