i finished my iva in sept cc received when will credit rating start to improve .i changed from swalec to british gas which is by dd but this affected the credit rating is this right .

Your credit rating will remain in the dumps until at least the 6th anniversary of the start of your IVA.
Swapping utilities will have little effect, but good reports going forward from utility providers etc will be helpful in establishing a new, positive, record.
