Hello again,
Now that a full and final has been accepted. my iva company has said I will get an annual report this year and one next year, as my iva 6 year would have ended officially next year.
But the query i had was about what things would be needed for that, i.e would i need to provide my payslips and income and exp form even though i don't make any more iva contributions?

Hi
Why would you get an annual report next year when your IVA has concluded ?

I can understand getting a review if the anniversary falls between the final payment and the issue of the completion certificate, but not after formal completion.
Are your firm intending to withold the completion certificate until the IVA would have originally concluded ? If so, on what grounds ?
In my case a review fell in the "limbo period" and my IP carried out the review, stating therein that he hadn't conducted an I&E as I had made my final payment and there was no point.

as far as i know because of on-going ppi claims, so it could take some time.

due to not being able to remortgage i had been asked to pay in another 12 months which would have ended next year, so i'm assuming this is why i would have a report next year too

But if a full and final offer has been accepted then surely that should be the end of it???

There should be no further annual reviews, if your IVA is only being kept open to deal with PPI mis-selling claims.
