hi, tyler morgan have asked me to get info from my bank so they can claim ppi for me, it cost me £10 to get the info and there are 100,s of pages should i give all this to tyler morgan

I would reclaim yourself. Get forms from the financial ombudsman service. Keep copies and let them know you have claimed. Any funds reclaimed can be paid in to the iva then and no potential payments to third parties. Wish id done that. I asked for ppi but it's limit ations weren't explained or questions to confirm I needed it. But looks like eif get over 3000 of 11000 instead of my iva pot.

Keep ur ip informed on what u do to show you are complying.

Alternatively get them to pay you for the information and for post to them. Thing is you should keep a copy yourself just incase.

Tyler Morgan were once forum members and had varying reviews of the services they offered. I personally wasn't happy with the service offered and declined any communication with them.

However, up to you in the long run but worth a google and a search around maybe in the first instance.

I presume that Tyler Morgan are expecting a fee for their services --- in which case, why are YOU doing the work ?

Most claims companies seem to manage with very little upfront information from us ....... just a thought.
